Hybrid Tray

We are currently developing our revolutionary Hybrid trays that will be made from a combination of

Steel RHS  ROPS roll hoop and side rails, with chromate finish for durability

Composite panel floor, made from marine grade aluminium base, Polypropylene honeycomb core, high density polyethylene  top skin

aluminium dropsides.

These trays will be lighter, and have longer life , HDPE wont rust, is acid and chemical resistant, and floor panels have  high impact, tensile and shear strength.

Using a panel floor system, eliminates the joist and bearer that the all other steel trays use.

First trays are expected to be ready later in 2022,

trays will be available in 1870 width, and any length up to 2400

Pricing is expected to be similar to current steel trays in our range
