Hybrid Tray

We are currently developing our revolutionary Hybrid trays that will be made from a combination of

Steel RHS  ROPS roll hoop , powder coated satin black

Composite panel floor, made from marine grade aluminium base, Polypropylene honeycomb core,and marine grade aluminium top skin

Trays will come in three options. All use the same steel RHS roll hoop but can be ordered with ..

A-Aluminium dropsides, Aluminium side rails, Aluminium headboard

B- Stainless steel dropsides, Stainless steel side rails, Stainless steel headboard

C- Galvanised dropsides, Galvanised side rails, Galvanised headboard

These trays will be lighter, and have longer life , Aluminium is marine grade, Stainless steel is 316 marine grade Floor panels have  high impact, tensile and shear strength.

Using a panel floor system, eliminates the joist and bearer that the all other steel trays use, so the under side is flat except for the mounts, and mudguards

trays  are 1900 wide x 1900 long, to suit any dual cab
